Nowadays, mobile phone is a tool that is daily used. In developing countries, it is present even in remote areas that have not yet been deserved in electricity. Mobile phone is the first information and communication technologies tool that has reached poor people. Whereas it is not the first people used to lie or cheat on, it has some characteristics that can create or amplifies conditions that favour untruthfulness and unfaithfulness ; among them are its portability, the fact that it is a personal object, the existence in holes in the coverage area, the ebbing and flowing of network signals and, finally, the possibility of the device breakdown.
